Our brewers aren't back-of-house - they're at the heart of what makes each Brewhouse & Kitchen unique. Trained through our industry-leading apprenticeship programme and given genuine creative freedom, they develop their own recipes, respond to the seasons and experiment with ingredients and techniques that keep the range exciting all year round.

From classic British styles to contemporary craft beer trends, the range at every venue reflects the brewer behind it - and that's something no national brand or contract brewer can replicate.
