Our Gin Tasting Masterclass is a guided journey through the botanicals, history and craft behind five carefully chosen gins — led by our resident Gin Specialist. You’ll learn to read tasting notes, understand the role of botanicals and discover how to pair each spirit with the right tonic for maximum effect. Nibbles are included throughout, and you can add an Academy Meal for the full experience.
