Rum Masterclass

Six rums, one specialist and a cocktail to finish

Enjoy a tutored tasting covering 6 different, interesting rums, hosted by our rum specialist and the option to add a meal (£40pp)! From Cane to Cocktail! Over the course of approx. 2 hours guests will enjoy some nibbles and learn all about the history of rum, how the product is made, and how to appreciate the different tastings. Finish with a rum cocktail and your choice of Academy Meal (if applicable) for the perfect experience!
